Sight-In Day for a Safe Gun Hunting Season

Sight-In Day for a Safe Gun Hunting Season

Friday, November 19, 2021 (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM) (CST)

Description

The Northwoods Wildlife and Wetlands Club hosts its annual Sight-In Day on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 8am to 3pm. It’s a perfect opportunity for hunters looking to get ready for the season.

Each fall the Club offers an opportunity for the general public to sight in their firearms for the fall hunting seasons. The Club’s range is located on Range Road, just 5 ½ miles south of Mercer off Hwy 51. The range provides shooting benches, targets, ear plugs, and help with sight-in problems, plus a covered firing line and a marshalled supervisor.

The event is free and open to the public. The Club will offer a hot lunch of BBQ, chili, dessert, along with coffee, cider and hot chocolate. Donations are welcomed and appreciated. While you’re at the Range, don’t forget to purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket.

The Northwoods Wildlife and Wetlands Club is a non-profit organization. New members are always welcome. Donations from the Sight-In will be used to maintain and enhance the Range. For more information on the Club or Sight-In Day please visit nwawc.com.
